Smyrna Church of Christ
exists to:

• Reach the lost
• Equip the faithful
• Assist others
• Love one another

We are a non denominational congregation affiliated with other churches of Christ and Christian churches whose background is in the restoration movement which occurred in this country in the 1800’s with a plea to simply be Christians with the Bible as our rule of Faith and practice. We pay no allegiance or assessments to any denominational headquarters, and our affiliation with other churches and para-church organizations is voluntary

Slogans throughout history are very telling. “In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things love”, “Not the only Christians, but Christians only”, “No creed but Christ”, “No book but the Bible, “Where the Bible speaks, we speak; where the Bible is silent, we are silent”.
